Voice-Overs now available

: on CD-Rom

"Wave File & Redbook Audio"

with Scene Search

Jim Powell and Sound Booth Studio now offer voice-overs on CD-Rom either in Wave Files or Redbook Audio

Wave Files can be retrieved in original digital form by most non-liner systems saving you edit time, and therefore, money in your production budget.

Redbook Audio is similar to the format on your regular music CD disc. It can be played back on most present day CD music players in linear fashion. This comes in handy for those that do not have DAT in the edit studio, but still want to maintain a high quality voice-over.

Scene Search provides a fast selective retrieval of your program on the digital audio Wave format or selected tracks on Redbook.

Why ask for Scene Search?

Maintain the voice-over in the digital realm.

Provide easier and faster editing with scene search.

Lower your editing costs by retrieving each voice-over scene

from it‘s individual file and saving studio time.

What is "scene search"?

Scene Search provides each scene’s voice-over with it’s own file or track on CD Wave, CD-Audio (Redbook), or Zip Disk and allows the producer and editor to retrieve each scene’s voice-over rapidly by direct selection. In addition to eliminating the search through the entire audio program for individual scenes, you maintain the voice-over in the digital realm. Sample rates are available at 44.1 khz, 22 khz or 11 khz in 16 bit and 8 bit formats.

Scene Search is available from Jim Powell and Sound Booth Studio.
